Q: CAN YOU EXPLAIN LIMITED RUN VS CAPPED RUN

A: Limited Run Collectibles, only a set number of units will be made and lasts typically the duration of our license. 

Capped Run Collectibles (for example, LE120 = Limited to 120 total pieces) are produced and officially cataloged in that colorway. Once that production run is complete, it’s closed forever. While we may revisit a medallion, emblem, or mug shape in future releases, that specific glaze, finish, and edition count will never return.

Q: CAN YOU EXPLAIN PRE-ORDERS?

A: Pre-Order guarantees your place in that run before it sells out and allows us to complete the handcrafted production process. Our Deneen Pottery mugs, for instance, take about 90 days from start to finish—each one hand-thrown, glazed, fired, and inspected multiple times for quality. To reduce wait times, we typically open Pre-Orders around 60 days into that cycle, meaning production is already well underway when you order.

This process ensures you’re not waiting the full three months and that your mug arrives freshly completed and ready to ship. All Pre-Orders are tracked through to completion, and we share updates on production progress, estimated ship dates, and any potential delays that can occur with small-batch, handcrafted work.

Once a Limited Run sells out, it’s officially archived and will never be remade in that colorway again.

Q: "HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?"

A: In-Stock Orders please allow 3-5 business days for shipping once you've placed your order.

A: Pre-Orders please refer to the estimated shipping time at the time of purchase. Again this is an estimate and may take longer due to the small batch craft roasted process.

A: Back Orders all depends on what is on back order. Coffee, Cold Brew, Mugs, Merchandise. Each has its own specific production time frame. 

Q: WHAT DOES SMALL BATCH CRAFT ROASTED MEAN?"

A: Small batch craft roasted coffee is considered superior in quality, offering a distinctive taste that reflects the particular origin of the beans and the roaster’s skill in crafting the roast. It’s especially popular among coffee enthusiasts who appreciate the unique and diverse flavors that come from careful, individualized roasting. Because of this process it does add to longer lead times with fulfillment. 

Q: "HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?"

A: A tracking email is sent to you once the mail carrier scans your package upon pickup from our fulfillment partner.

Q: "DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?"

A: Yes! We do indeed offer free shipping on all orders over $100- after all applicable discounts are applied.

Q: "WHY DOES SHIPPING COST SO MUCH?"

A: The base cost on most coffee is $8.75 ground advantage which includes tracking. But let's face it these products have weight to them so most times we encourage buying multiple products to save on shipping or to qualify for Free Shipping. 

Q: "WHERE DO YOU SHIP?"

A: All products with the exception of GHOSTBUSTERS, RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. Ghostbusters is now available in Canada as well. Additionally, we are actively working on partnerships to bring our coffee to other countries in the near future.
