Q: "CAN YOU EXPLAIN PRE-ORDERS?"
A: Most of our products are Limited Run which means only a certain amount of units are produced and made available. The Pre-Order guarantees that you will get your products in the event of "sell out." The Pre-Order also allows us the time we need to print bags and cans, or produce merchandise.
Q: "HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?"
A: For Pre-Orders please refer to the estimated shipping time at the time of purchase. Again this is an estimate and may take longer due to the small batch craft roasted process.
A: In-Stock Orders please allow 3-5 business days for shipping once you've placed your order.
Q: WHAT DOES SMALL BATCH CRAFT ROASTED MEAN?"
A: Small batch craft roasted coffee is considered superior in quality, offering a distinctive taste that reflects the particular origin of the beans and the roaster’s skill in crafting the roast. It’s especially popular among coffee enthusiasts who appreciate the unique and diverse flavors that come from careful, individualized roasting. Because of this process it does add to longer lead times with fulfillment.
Q: "HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?"
A: A tracking email is sent to you once the mail carrier scans your package upon pickup from our fulfillment partner.
Q: "DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?"
A: Yes! We do indeed offer free shipping on all orders over $80 after all applicable discounts are applied.
Q: "WHY DOES SHIPPING COST SO MUCH?"
A: The base cost on most coffee is $4.81 ground advantage which includes tracking. But let's face it these products have weight to them so most times we encourage buying multiple products to save on shipping or to qualify for Free Shipping.
Q: "WHERE DO YOU SHIP?"
A: All products with the exception of GHOSTBUSTERS ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. Ghostbusters is now available in Canada as well. Additionally, we are actively working on partnerships to bring our coffee to other countries in the near future.
