Shipping policy

Pre-Orders
All non-pre-order items purchased with a pre-order will ship together when the pre-order ships.
• If you want in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
• Estimated release dates may change due to licensor schedules and third-party production. Updates are posted on our Instagram
• Payment is taken at purchase.
• Pre-orders are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We may cancel any pre-order at our discretion and refund in full if that occurs.

1) Order Processing Time
• Please allow 1–3 business days for processing (longer during peak periods).

2) Shipping Methods & Rates
• Standard and expedited options are shown at checkout.
• Rates are calculated by weight, destination, and method and are shown before you pay.

3) Delivery Times (Estimates, Not Guarantees)
• Standard (US): 3–7 business days.
• Standard (International): 7–14 business days.
• Expedited (US): 2–3 business days.
Carrier delays, weather, and regional events can extend timelines.

4) Order Tracking
• You’ll receive a shipment email with tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

5) Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to the United States and Canada (per licensing).
• International collectors may use forwarding services at their own risk; we do not recommend or support specific forwarders.
• Please enter your address accurately. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6) Shipping Holidays
• Carriers observe holidays that can delay processing and delivery.

7) Missing or Stolen Packages
• Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s care (USPS/UPS/FedEx).
• If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have it:

  1. Confirm your shipping address on the order.

  2. Check with neighbors/building staff and safe-drop areas.

  3. Wait 24–48 hours after the delivery scan (premature scans happen).

  4. Contact your local carrier office to open a missing mail trace.

  5. *Important: Pop Culture Coffee is not liable for packages marked Delivered that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered. Claims after a delivery scan must be handled with the carrier. We will provide documentation and help you open a trace. Courtesy replacements/credits may be offered at our discretion.

About Shipping Insurance
• We may offer optional package protection via Carrier, ShipAssurance, etc. on select orders.
ShipAssurance does not cover consumables (e.g., coffee/edibles). If an order includes consumables, any loss/theft/damage must be resolved with the carrier.
To reduce risk, consider signature-required service or “Hold for Pickup.”
