Preorders

IMPORTANT—PLEASE NOTE

ALL NON-PREORDER ITEMS ORDERED TOGETHER WITH PREORDER ITEMS WILL SHIP TOGETHER.

PLEASE MAKE SEPARATE PURCHASES FOR PREORDER AND NON-PREORDER ITEMS TO ENSURE PROMPT DELIVERY AT PEAK FRESHNESS. THANK YOU.

  • Pop Culture Coffee may offer preorder opportunities for upcoming limited-edition or exclusive items.
  • By placing a preorder, you understand and acknowledge that the estimated release dates provided are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. We do, however, try to adhere to the estimated release dates. Sometimes this may not be possible because of licensor release dates, printers, or other third-party manufacturers outside our direct control.
  • Payment for preorders will be processed at the time of purchase, regardless of the anticipated release date.
  • While we make every effort to fulfill preorders in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect the production or delivery timeline. In such cases, we will communicate any delays or changes to you as soon as possible.
  • Preorder items cannot be canceled.
  • Pop Culture Coffee reserves the right to cancel any preorder at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, you will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
  • By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms outlined above and understand that preorder purchases are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable unless otherwise stated by Pop Culture Coffee.

Coffee

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee, as all our coffee is roasted to order for peak freshness.

Chargebacks

By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are forfeiting the right to charge us back for your transaction.

In the event of any dispute or concern regarding your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team directly. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly.
