While we sincerely hope you won't find the need to return or exchange any items, we understand that there are occasions where such policies become essential. Here at Pop Culture Coffee, we're fully aware of these situations and are here to assist you if they arise.

Substitution Clause for Coffee Grind Selection

At Pop Culture Coffee, we strive to fulfill all orders as requested. However, due to variations in stock availability at our shipping facilities, we may occasionally substitute the grind type selected during your purchase to ensure your order is fulfilled promptly.

  • If Whole Bean coffee is selected but unavailable, we may substitute with Pre-Ground coffee.
  • If Pre-Ground coffee is selected but unavailable, we may substitute with Whole Bean coffee.

This substitution policy allows us to minimize delays and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. By placing an order with Pop Culture Coffee, you acknowledge and accept this substitution policy.

Coffee & Cold Brew:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee. 

Merchandise: 

Merchandise may be returned for Store Credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are still in the sealed in original packaging. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Form by submitting photos of the merchandise you are returning. Please use a shipping service that provides a tracking number - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US. Thank You

**Please respond to your order confirmation email upon reception. If the wrong shipping address or item was input at checkout, this is the only time you will be able to make changes to your order.

***Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges will fall on the consumer and are not eligible for a refund.
